Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Because our products are handmade and made with intention, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume sales, holidays, or new product launches.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
2-Day Shipping
We offer 2-Day Shipping for customers who would like faster delivery.
Please Note: 2-Day Shipping refers to the transit time after your order has been processed. Orders selected for 2-Day Shipping still require our standard 5–7 business day fulfillment period before shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
