Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love what you buy, but we also know that candles and crystals are unique products with their own handling considerations. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Candles

We stand behind the quality of our candles. If your candle arrives broken or damaged in shipping, we will replace it — one time only — with the same candle and same size.

  • Replacement is limited to one per order/item. If a replacement candle also arrives damaged, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis (this may result in a refund, partial refund, or store credit instead of a second replacement).
  • We are unable to offer a different scent, style, or size as a substitute under this policy.
  • To request a replacement, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (see "How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement" below).

Crystals

Because each crystal is a natural, one-of-a-kind item, we do not offer replacements for crystals. If there is an issue with a crystal you received (such as damage during shipping or a significant discrepancy from what was described), we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis with one of the following:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit / a gift card

The resolution offered will depend on the specific situation, including the extent of the issue and the circumstances of your order. Our goal is to find a fair outcome for every customer.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

To start the process, please email us at healinggoddesscompany@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item (and packaging, if damage occurred during shipping)

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care (e.g., burning a candle incorrectly, dropping a crystal)
  • Items returned without prior contact/approval
  • Gift cards

General Notes

  • All claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information or photos before approving a replacement, refund, or gift card.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days, unless a gift card or store credit is agreed upon instead.
